Final Transcript Requests
After graduation, all Final Transcripts will automatically be sent to the colleges that students plan to attend. After graduation Final Transcripts will also be sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center for all registered student athletes. This will serve both as your final transcript and your proof of graduation, so there is no need for students to make any requests for the final transcript to be sent.

Please Note: Final Transcripts will be sent to the colleges that students listed they will be attending on their Senior Questionnaire. This questionnaire should have been filled out by every senior during homeroom on Friday, April 28. If you have changed the school you plan to attend since filling out that questionnaire or did not fill out the questionnaire, please go to the FPC to update your information.
Rising Seniors:
In a few short weeks, you will be our new senior class! Are you ready for senior year? Here are a few things you should be doing now and over the summer to get ready:
  • Ask Teachers About Letters of Recommendation: Think about which teachers will be able to best attest to your character and academic abilities, and then ask them if they are willing to write you a letter of recommendation! Official recommendation requests must be put into Naviance in the fall of your senior year for those letters to be sent to colleges.
  • Complete Your Counselor Recommendation Survey: You must fill out this form in order for your counselor to write you a letter of recommendation. This can be found under the "About Me" tab in Naviance on the left side.
  • Sign and Return the Parent Release of Records Form: Students cannot request transcripts to be sent through Naviance without having this form (attached) signed by a parent/legal guardian and submitting it to their house office or the Future Planning Center. Seniors should not request transcripts until after they complete their college applications. Spring-Ford will not start sending transcripts until the second week of September. Transcript requests require 10 school days notice to be processed.
  • Narrow Down Your List of Colleges: Students should start senior year with a list of colleges to which they would like to apply. The average student will have 3-7 colleges on their list. Students can narrow down their list of colleges by doing online research, visiting the colleges, and/or meeting with their College Career Coordinator.
  • Meet with Your College Career Coordinator in the FPC: The FPC will be hosting summer meetings throughout July and August. If you are interested in scheduling a meeting to discuss your plans for after high school, you can sign up here:
